Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Phoneless, a communications service operated by Idea Nexus Ventures (“Idea Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By subscribing to or using Phoneless, you agree to these terms.

The service

Phoneless provides a phone number and an agent that can receive calls and texts, identify likely context, answer or acknowledge messages, wait on hold, filter unwanted contacts, preserve records, and escalate selected communications. The agent may make mistakes. You remain responsible for decisions made from its summaries or forwarded information.

Subscription and payment

Phoneless is offered at the price shown at checkout, currently $20 per month unless a promotion or other written offer applies. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe. You may cancel through the applicable billing controls; cancellation does not erase records that we are required or permitted to retain.

SMS consent and message program

By entering a mobile number and affirmatively requesting Phoneless communications, or by texting START to the Phoneless number, you consent to receive service-related texts from Idea Nexus Ventures / Phoneless. Messages may include onboarding, account, routing, escalation, status, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS or HELP for help. Supported opt-out keywords include STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, and REVOKE. Supported help keywords include HELP and INFO. Revoke consent at any time, but SMS opt-out can prevent Phoneless from delivering important service communications.

Acceptable use

You may not use Phoneless for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited messaging; to bypass consent requirements; or to send content prohibited by carriers, providers, or applicable law. You are responsible for obtaining permission before giving your Phoneless number to a person or organization for a communication flow that will generate messages.

AI disclosure and limitations

Phoneless uses automated systems and may disclose that it is an assistant. It is not an emergency service and must not be relied on for emergency calls, urgent medical decisions, security-critical authentication, or time-sensitive safety matters. Keep an alternate way to reach emergency services and important people.

Privacy

Our handling of communications and account information is described in the Phoneless Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that calls, texts, transcripts, and routing metadata may be processed by infrastructure and service providers needed to operate it.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including number availability and integrations. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. The service is provided as available and without a promise that every call or message will be delivered, understood, or resolved correctly.
