Phoneless is a communications service operated by Idea Nexus Ventures (“Idea Nexus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle information when you use a Phoneless number, communicate with the Phoneless agent, or visit this site.

Information we handle

• Account and billing details needed to provide the service, such as email address and subscription status.
• Telephone numbers, message content, call metadata, transcripts, and routing decisions needed to answer, filter, forward, or resolve communications.
• Preferences and expected-call information you provide, such as who may contact you and when.
• Basic technical and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

How we use information

We use information to provide the Phoneless service, route communications according to your instructions, maintain an expected-call ledger, deliver notifications, process billing, provide support, protect the service, and comply with law. We do not use your communications to send unrelated marketing messages.

SMS and calls

When you provide a Phoneless number to a person or organization, their calls and texts may be processed by your agent before anything is escalated to you. Your agent may retain bounded records such as a transcript, caller identity, reason for contact, confirmation number, and resolution status so it can act consistently and preserve context.

Sharing

We use service providers to host infrastructure, process payments, deliver communications, and provide voice or language-model capabilities. They receive only the information needed for their function and under their applicable terms. We do not sell personal information or share mobile numbers for third-party marketing.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records you request, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the system. No internet service is perfectly secure; we use access controls and server-side secrets to reduce risk.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete information where applicable, cancel your subscription, or stop SMS communications. Reply STOP to opt out of service texts. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out may prevent the number from functioning as intended.
